Disk Sander Guard

Ferndale offers robust disk sander guards covering the disk area that the operator does not use.

The shield is vertically adjustable and locked with two thumbscrews on each side.

We have included a smaller cover, which can be mounted on the left or right side of the primary guard, depending on the rotation of the sanding disc. This lower shield covers the remainder of the wheel, which the larger shield does not cover completely. It’s designed for optimal safety while allowing quick, fine-tuned adjustments.

This safety guard is easily installed directly onto the machine’s table and pre-assembled with mounting hardware.
