Hi Thomas, We’re sorry for the delay with your order. Unfortunately, the freight carrier mistakenly delivered the original shipment to the wrong address. Once we learned of the issue, our logistics team worked with the carrier to resolve it. To avoid further delays, we shipped a replacement, which is now on its way.

While freight shipping issues like this can happen, we want you to know that if a shipment ever has a problem, our team will work to resolve it. We appreciate your patience and look forward to you receiving your order.
